Gravity Real Estate Group was great! Their team was friendly, informative, and very well-prepared. I went to one of their open houses and had the best open house experience. They presented the house in a way that really accentuated its features while creating a delightful atmosphere all around. Their support system and customer care are top-notch! I can't tell you how fast and responsive they are with their emails. I've gotten to know the founders over the past few months and have only to say that they're committed to making a top-notch client experience. Would definitely recommend it!
In all of my experience dealing with Realtors®, I've never been more impressed than by Gravity. The agents and staff, in general, are all local, service driven, responsive, and amazingly knowledgeable about the Ann Arbor area. Having moved around plenty of times, Gravity's superb help was consistent throughout the signing process. Most importantly, the low prices they found for me made the whole package very very worth it. They were a very professional group to be around, which comforted me when trying to navigate the complex world of real estate. More than that, they asked me questions that lined up with making my life more manageable rather than pushing me into buying a certain property they wanted to be sold. From that standpoint, it feels more like negotiating with a friend or neighbor than a business.
